My name is Aron (Aaron) Schultz, and I build things that last—both in wood and in the world around me. I split my time between running a woodworking business, ADC Solutions, and building a new recycling venture called Epicycle, all from my home base in Washington, DC. I come from a very hands‑on background: I like to understand how things work, why they break, and how to make them better. Over time that curiosity turned into a career working with tools, materials, and systems—from traditional woodworking to CNC machining and digital tools. Today I use everything from a Onefinity CNC router to custom software dashboards to keep my projects and clients organized. ADC Solutions grew out of a simple idea: combine craftsmanship with reliability so customers always know they’re in good hands. I built my own business management app, ADC ProConnect, on the Base44 platform to handle estimates, projects, invoices, and customer accounts, because I wanted my back office to be as thoughtful and efficient as the work I deliver. That system keeps me close to my numbers, my clients, and my day‑to‑day operations. Epicycle is my way of tackling a bigger problem: how neighborhoods like mine can recycle more, waste less, and make responsible choices easy instead of confusing. I’m developing epicycle.me as both a service and a community, starting with a focused pre‑launch in DC, building an early audience of 100–200 people before flipping the switch and going fully live. My goal is to turn everyday habits into measurable impact, one household and one small decision at a time. My mission is to prove that small, well‑run, local businesses can punch above their weight. On the woodworking side, that means creating pieces and projects that are built to last and backed by clear communication and clean systems. On the recycling side, it means designing a service that feels personal and local, but is powered by modern tooling, data, and thoughtful user experience. Where I’m going from here is simple: refine the foundations I’ve already laid and scale them carefully. I want ADC Solutions to keep growing as a trusted shop in my community, and I want Epicycle to become a model for neighborhood‑level recycling that other areas can copy and adapt. Along the way, I’m committed to learning in public, sharing what works and what doesn’t, and using technology as a force multiplier—not a distraction—for real‑world impact.
