This policy applies to authorized users of the ADC Solutions internal platform and satisfies disclosure requirements for our Google OAuth integration.

2. About Our Application

The ADC Solutions integration app connects our internal business management tools with Google Workspace services (Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts) to support day-to-day contracting and administrative operations for ADC Solutions LLC, a general contracting and business services company headquartered in Washington, DC.

This application is not a public consumer product. Access is limited to authorized ADC Solutions personnel only.

When authorized users connect their Google account, our application may access the following data through Google APIs:

4. How We Use Google User Data

We use data accessed through Google APIs only for the following purposes:

• Facilitating internal business communications for ADC Solutions LLC
• Managing project scheduling and appointment coordination
• Maintaining accurate records of clients, vendors, and contractors
• Improving the efficiency of our internal operations

We do not use Google user data for:

• Advertising or marketing to third parties
• Building user profiles for commercial sale
• Any purpose unrelated to ADC Solutions' internal business operations

5. How We Store Google User Data

• Data accessed through Google APIs is processed in real time or stored temporarily only as necessary to perform the functions described in this policy
• We do not maintain permanent copies of Gmail message content beyond what is required for active project tracking
• Stored data is protected using industry-standard encryption and access controls
• Only authorized ADC Solutions personnel have access to stored data

6. How We Share Google User Data

ADC Solutions LLC does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data to any third party.

We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Third-party tools or platforms that directly support our internal operations (e.g., cloud hosting or project management software), under confidentiality agreements and solely to perform services on our behalf
• Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority

7. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Google user data is used only to provide and improve the features described in this policy
• We do not use Google data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models
• Data is not transferred to third parties except as described in Section 6 above

8. Data Retention

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. User Rights & Data Deletion

Authorized users may request at any time:

• Access to the Google data we have stored on their behalf
• Correction of any inaccurate records
• Deletion of their data from our systems

Revoking Google account access can also be done at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

10. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data accessed through Google APIs, including:

• Regular review of third-party integrations and permissions

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting Google user data, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
